Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, please read the following carefully before placing an order.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Most products are shipped within 5–7 business days.

  • Keepsake Quilts require 2–3 weeks due to their handcrafted nature.

  • Shipping Charges (USA only):

    • Flat rate of $5.99 for orders under 1 lb

    • Flat rate of $9.99 for heavier items

  • All orders ship from Edison, New Jersey (USA).

  • You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

Note: BeejZap is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package leaves our studio. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

❌ Order Cancellations

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed.

If you need to urgently request changes within 24 hours of ordering, email us at beejzap@gmail.com — and we’ll try our best to assist.

🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns only on non-personalized items.

Eligible Returns:

  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Must be in original packaging and unused condition

You are responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable, insured method to avoid loss/damage in transit.

🎁 Gift Orders

If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit (not a refund) once your return is approved.

If the gift was sent to the buyer first, we will issue any refund to the original payment method.
