How do I add my personalization details?
Simply enter your message or name in the personalization box on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Without it, the order can’t be placed.
Can I see a preview before my order is made?
Yes! For most personalized items, we share a digital mockup via email/WhatsApp for your approval before production.
How long does it take to make and deliver personalized items?
Personalized gifts are handcrafted and take 2–4 business days to make, plus 3–7 business days for U.S. delivery.
Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
Because each item is custom-made, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect. Please check all personalization details carefully before confirming your order.
